If you’re dissatisfied with your first purchase from AlcoholArmor.com, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number to request a refund.

Refunds are limited to one purchased pack from your first order, either one 3-bottle Recon Pack or one 12-bottle pack, regardless of how many packs or flavors you purchased. We refund the amount actually paid for that pack after discounts, excluding tax and shipping, except where otherwise required by law.

This policy is available only to first-time Alcohol Armor customers purchasing directly from AlcoholArmor.com. Repeat customers and subsequent orders, including subscription renewals, are not eligible. We may review prior order records using your email address, name, shipping address or other order details to determine eligibility.

Purchases made through Amazon or another retailer are subject to that retailer’s refund policy. Please contact the retailer where you purchased the product.

Because Alcohol Armor is a consumable product, we do not accept physical returns. No return is required for an eligible refund under this policy.

Damaged, defective or incorrect orders are handled separately. Contact us so we can make it right. This policy does not limit rights provided by applicable law.
